Life is a journey shaped by our history, experiences, thoughts, feelings and actions.  From time to time this journey can create challenges for all of us, leaving us feeling stressed, overwhelmed and anxious. Dana has dedicated her life to helping people.  She has a great compassion for those going through life’s challenges and transitions and is grateful for the opportunity to partner with those pursuing support.

Dana works with teens, individuals, and couples to support them in their journey by providing a safe, interactive, neutral space that encourages inner awareness, growth and promotes healing.

Dana uses a strength based, person centered therapeutic approach to support clients in finding balance, discovering their strengths, and learning to love and accept themselves. She believes that the client is the expert of their life and does hold the answers to their challenges, but may need some guidance, support and education to identify the answers.

Dana is trained in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychotherapy, Trauma Informed Approaches and Mindfulness Techniques.

Dana has a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University, and a Bachelors of Social Work with a minor in Gerontology from Ramapo College.  She also brings many years of experience from the nonprofit sector working with teenagers, adults and older adults.
