Want to see one of our clinicians who is out-of-network with your insurance plan? We make this easy and affordable by accepting benefits assignment from most major insurance plans, meaning you can just pay your cost sharing payment after meeting your insurance deductible.
Flexible payment choices
We offer superbills if you wish to pay upfront for sessions and get reimbursed directly by your insurance. We can also help with courtesy claim submission for most insurance plans. We accept HSA account payments. We also offer payment plans to help with covering deductibles.

What if my clinician is out-of-network with my insurance?
Our billing experts are able to bill most insurance plans out-of-network and accept assignment. This creates an affordable way to use your out-of-network benefits. Instead of paying the full fee upfront and waiting to get reimbursed by your insurance plan, we can often bill your insurance plan directly and accept payment from your plan, meaning you can simply pay the remaining portion of the session fee.
What about my deductible?
Have difficulty affording your insurance deductible? We can help with flexible payment plans to allow you to pay it down over time at a rate you can afford. If you have an HSA account we also accept HSA payments to help with covering your insurance deductible.
What are your fees?
Our fees are $220 for individual counseling sessions, $250 for couples counseling sessions, and $290 for family counseling sessions. Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes.
