Courtesy insurance billing
We have expert billers on staff and can handle insurance claim submission for you (no more superbills!) regardless if we are working in or out of network with your plan. We are registered with most major insurance plans for electronic claim submission and submit claims on a daily basis, meaning fast turn-around on reimbursement.
Affordable out-of-network options
Want to see one of our clinicians who is out-of-network with your insurance plan? We make care accessible by working directly with most major plans. In most cases, once you’ve met your deductible, you’ll only be responsible for a portion of the session fee, often comparable to a standard co-pay. We handle the heavy lifting with insurance so you can focus on your progress.
Flexible payment choices
We offer superbills if you wish to pay upfront for sessions and get reimbursed directly by your insurance. We can also help with courtesy claim submission for most insurance plans. We accept HSA account payments. We also offer payment plans to help with covering deductibles.

Most of our staff are out of network with insurance, but are registered to bill and accept payment from most major insurance plans, allowing you to just pay your share of the fee. Individual counseling: $240 per session
Couples counseling: $260 per session
Family counseling: $300 per session
Note: Your out-of-pocket responsibility is limited to the share of the fee not covered by your insurance plan
